RESERVATION POLICIES

Reservations must be made via email to email reservas@hotelontiveros.cl or by phone: (56-72) 272 19 59, detailing passenger name, number of rooms requested, if need additional beds or cot and date of entry and exit. Once Once your request is received, an e-mail will be sent with the corresponding confirmation. NO PETS ARE ACCEPTED, EXCEPT ACT 20,422 (Guide dog). SCHEDULES: CHECK IN: 13:00 HRS. CHECK OUT: 11:30 HRS.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE WEEKEND: For the reservation request to be valid and effective, you must Have a written confirmation from us. Reservations are only made effective once the value of the first day of the stay has been deposited account that the reservation department will indicate. Without prior payment, your reservation is in a pre-booking condition, therefore, it is subject to : A reconfirmation via email by the reservation department, if there is no response from the guest doing the corresponding deposit, this pre-reservation will be canceled; leaving your request subject to hotel availability at the time of Your income. Therefore our hotel is released from responsibility on the fact that the guest has not met the requirements previous to your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be registered and confirmed in writing. If your reservation was made by a company in agreement with our hotel.

You can cancel your reservation, you must do it until 15 hrs. by telephone (after calling also you must send the corresponding mail with the cancellation) or via e-mail the same day of your reservation until 3:00 p.m. If your reservation is for a weekend or holidays 1.)
