In Case of Fire

  • If you discover a fire, immediately notify Reception.

  • Stay calm. Do not shout. Leave your room and close the door behind you.

  • If you encounter smoke, crawl or stay low to the ground.

  • If your clothes catch fire, drop to the floor and roll.

  • If smoke or flames prevent you from exiting, stay in your room.
    Close the door, place wet towels or clothing in the gaps, and make yourself visible at the window.

In Case of Earthquake

  • Stay calm and move to a Seismic Protection Zone.

  • Take cover and hold on under a sturdy object.
    If that's not possible, position yourself next to it.

  • If you are in a wheelchair, try to move to a Seismic Protection Zone.
    If that's not possible, lock the wheels and cover your head and neck with your arms.

  • If you are attending a mass event, stay calm and remain in place.
