GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear Guest:

From the management of HOTEL ONTIVEROS, we would like to present the following general terms and conditions that must be observed during your stay.

  • We kindly request that you leave the room key at the front desk whenever you leave your room.
  • In accordance with Law 20.660 on Tobacco Control, which we as a hotel are obligated to comply with, we have placed appropriate signage in all areas where smoking is prohibited, including THE HOTEL ROOMS. It is also important to highlight the danger posed by a lit cigarette, which could result in fire or accidents with serious consequences for both you and us as a company. For those guests who smoke, we respectfully request your understanding and cooperation in not smoking inside the rooms, and to do so only inthe designated smoking areas around the hotel, which are clearly marked with ashtrays. In the event of non-compliance with this legal regulation, Hotel Ontiveros will charge the guest at check-out for carpet cleaning, curtain washing, repainting of the room, among other related costs.
  • For safety and monitoring reasons, emergency exit doors must always remain closed.
  • Please avoid generating loud or disturbing noises, especially in areas near guest rooms.
  • Parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed in the rooms. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupant in the room.
  • This reservation is non-transferable.
  • The property reserves the right to expel guests from the premises due to their behavior or for any other security or medical reason. This applies especially if guests fail to follow instructions given by hotel staff, behave in a discriminatory manner, harass, or endanger other guests or our staff.
  • Guests are not allowed to compromise the health, safety, or security of the facilities at any time. Guests must always respect the hotel's safety rules and avoid violating them. Guests will be solely responsible for any infractions committed.
  • It is strictly forbidden to keep any type of flammable device (such as portable stoves), and/or electrical appliances such as ovens, grills, etc., inside the room and/or in any other area of the property. All property assets and valuables must be handled appropriately and must not be damaged or destroyed. The property reserves the right to impose charges in the future if it is clearly proven that the guest has caused damage or destruction to the property (including both movable and immovable items).
  • If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to any fabrics, materials, cleaning products, or specific foods, it is the guest’s responsibility to inform hotel management before arrival.
  • Pets are not allowed, except in accordance with Law 20.422 (guide dogs).
