SUSTAINABILITY POLICY – HOTEL ONTIVEROS

The management and staff of Hotel Ontiveros are firmly committed to carrying out their tourism activities sustainably. To this end, we have developed our Sustainability Policy, in which we define the principles, commitments, and actions in the economic, socio-cultural, and environmental spheres. In this way, the developed Sustainability Policy will serve as a permanent guide for our operations, strengthened by its dissemination among collaborators and guests, and by its continuous review, ensuring ongoing improvement.

We aim to be recognized as the BEST HOTEL IN SAN FERNANDO, and one of the best in the region, based on the quality service that we, as a team, strive to deliver every day.

MISSION

As Hotel Ontiveros, we exist to provide lodging services focused on guest satisfaction, supported by a highly committed, honest, and competent team, ready to deliver the quality service our guests seek—making their stay an invitation to return.

COMMITMENTS

  • To oppose the exploitation of human beings in any form, especially sexual exploitation, particularly when it affects children.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations related to operations (including labor, health, safety, and environmental aspects).

ACTIONS

  • Reduce energy consumption in our facilities by using energy-saving light bulbs.
  • Minimize the environmental impact caused by solid waste through effective Waste Management.
  • Ensure all our staff are trained in environmentally friendly practices.
  • Use and promote local services.
  • Encourage guests to reuse towels for more than one night when their stay extends beyond a single night.
